Calliope
Privacy policy
Calliope is operated by Fraser Humphries for his personal use. This policy describes how Calliope handles data from Google APIs.
Access and use
After Fraser authorises access, Calliope can use Gmail messages, drafts, labels and filters, Google Calendar events and attendee details, and Drive files, folders and sharing details. It uses this information to answer requests and carry out tasks in the connected account.
Processing and storage
Calliope sends API requests to Google. Information returned by Google can be processed by the assistant and its configured inference service to respond to a request. Relevant information can appear in private chat history and service logs. Google credentials are stored encrypted on the private server so the connection can be renewed. Google data is used for assistant tasks, with no advertising, sale, or model training.
Actions such as sending a draft, inviting attendees, or sharing a Drive file can disclose information to the recipients Fraser selects.
Control and deletion
Fraser can revoke access in his Google Account connections and remove the stored credential from the server. Revocation stops future API access. Existing copies in private chats, logs, and backups can be removed separately through the installation’s data controls and retention process. Items created in Google can be managed in the corresponding Google service.
